I can't hear the sound despite turning up the volume
If you can't hear the sound on the app despite turning up the volume, go to Settings -> Sounds and select Media Volume* and increase the volume from that screen. There are two different sound level controls, and sometimes the volume buttons do not change the one that is needed.
